It’s not that you lack the ability or the desire. Your energy levels are unpredictable, life keeps getting in the way, and most advice out there just assumes you have more consistency and capacity than you actually do.
How can async accountability help you?
Async accountability is a gentle flexible way to have someone (me!) check in on how you are getting on with your business goals who understands that your capacity fluctuates and plans change. It’s entirely via email with options to have a shared resource such as a Google Sheet or Trello board (whatever suits you). There’s no meetings or phone calls. We can create main missions, tiny tasks and side quests so that you can make progress. I offer ad hoc and retainer accountability options. If you are not looking for coaching/mentoring then accountability is a great way to have someone virtually by your side.

5 Point Check In - £27
Choose 5 times when I check in with you for any reason (5 different ones or 5 progress updates on 1 thing…). Duration is up to you – could be a daily check in across a week, a weekly check in, even 5 times in a day. It’s more like a reminder service than a fuller accountability service – I don’t ask for proof you have done the task – and the 5 check in points and reason why is specified by you during onboarding.
Project Buddy - £99-249
If you have a particular project in mind – such as getting your website sorted – then Project Buddy agrees an outline accountability plan for your project and then check ins as appropriately agreed for specific outcomes. With this service I would like to see proof that you have done your goals (like screenshots or links). The fee depends on the nature of your project but is generally £99-249. Please note there is no coaching or mentoring in this service.
Biz Buddy - £99pm
After an overall accountability service on a regular basis? Biz Buddy is my retainer service with a weekly check in. We come up with an initial plan of main missions, tiny tasks and side quests which I then check in on each week on an agreed regular day. If you’re looking to work on various areas of your business over a longer period of time then this is the option to go for. Some goals I’ll ask for proof but it depends on the task and we’ll agree it.
